Animal invasion

More random giftage that I'd drawn a while ago and never finished until tonight. I'd promised to draw ~neogeen some fan art and never liked anything I'd done so I gave up on it for the longest time. I decided after looking at so many different artists that drew animals that I'd give it another whack. One of those other artists was ~Jeekins I wanted to draw Chyme since it was a very nice design. Not in color yet because Chyme's picture is very detailed so it will have to wait. I hope they both like this

Ok, so at the beginning of December of last year I had sat down to redraw a trade that I had done for ~fakefire. You see one reason I hate trades is that I look back and see all my mistakes. It's one reason I am considering redoing all the trades I'd done before 2001. But that will have to wait considering recent developments.

I was glad to finally get use of my hand back and colored this one. I hope she likes it. And no it's not Kiva. I realize my drawing style makes it look similar to that character but it was not my intent.

Animal Attack

Ok, so I just found Dark Jak and Vaporotem 's pages over on DA and just loved their cartoon based styles. Their characters were so cute I figured I'd do some warm up drawings based on their little guys as fan art. I hope they like them. It may be some time before they're in color though.

Welsh Girl Fashion

Well, this is an unusual thing for me. I was thinking about heritage and most people have a great knowledge of who they are and where they come from. For me though I only know of my German, English, Cherokee and Welsh Backgrounds for sure...well also my grandfather was from Mexico but that's about it. I figured that Welsh was by far and away the least represented. I mean you never have people saying "Kiss me I'm Welsh" or anything. So I opted to draw that.

Anyway, I figured I make up a lot of costumes so I'd try something more authentic. So here is the authentic Welsh woman's wear with the trademarked red shawl. I think it's over all very cute. Though I'd rather ditch the hat.

Oh and almost forgot this little foray into digital painting. Bowlegged and Proud...that's me. Yep I need more work though the skirt does look painted.

Magical Canan Warrior Carmen

Ok, so I've not been drawing so much with the last week finding out I sprained my finger and then got a huge spider bite on another one. It's working out ok. I'll be fine but just a little wonky getting the control back for like inking.

Anyway someone picked me up a copy of Magical Canan a cute little magical girl anime well this version is. Apparently they had a hentai version too that they aged down for this kids release. odd. Anywhoo, this is Carmine, Chiyahaha's magical form. And since she's in that full bodied style I decided to draw her. The danged that costume was hard to draw from just staring at the animation though. So without further ado here is Magical Canan's Carmine all colored up super quick with colored lines even. I had to do something to justify having the computer on all day to download Tokyo Mew Mew.

I so need to do some more art =\ I do have a sketch of Pretty Sami and so continues my obscure anime collection even though it's not as obscure as say Magical Emi or any one of those older ones.

Something different

And now for something completely different. I just got some access to a wacom tablet so I really want to try to paint some of these. I'm not sure I'll be successful but I thought I'd post the drawings.

ZoraZiru Ghost Breath

Poinko Had drawn Zori has a Ghost Detective which gave me the idea to give ZoraZiru some ghost powers. Here has some powerfully ghosty breath . Ok bad puns. But this was a quick one.

Well, I'd drawn this one a while ago but never got around to finishing it until just recently. I really wanted to have more ZoraZiru artwork for a while now and Jereboa is like never in any active role. So here I have him trying to "attack" her since she is a villain after all.

Honey Purple Hearts Colored

Honey is a sweet girl who always wants to be friends with everyone. This gets her into trouble sometimes but she always pulls through in the end.

Another older revision of an even older image done in like 2001 hence the elongated sort of style. I think the soft purples really bring this one a calming sense of who she is. Enjoy!
